In that time, she'd been through one regeneration, a very scary experience but she did the right thing in her opinion and kept on traveling with him. She also thought she knew a great deal about him during her time with him. He had slowly drew her into his cofidence and told her several intimate things that she swore she would keep to herself for the rest of her life.
One thing that bothered her though…the Doctor claimed her rarely slept except when he needed to reenergize his body in a big way. Whenever he lay with her, he was always awake, at least he was awake
“That’s funny.” The Doctor leapt up from the jump seat, stepping up to the TARDIS console. He grabbed the monitor, tugging it towards him to inspect the display.
“What?” Rose reluctantly stood, walking up behind him and resting her arm on his shoulder to peer over it.
“She’s picking up a signal. An alien signal.”
“Well what is it?”
He met her gaze. “I don’t know. Hang on, I’m gonna follow it. Hold on to that lever, keep it down.” He pointed to the brass coloured control in front of her and she held on to it whilst he reached around the other side. “I
"I'm wearing a brown coat, suit and tie with a blue shirt." The Doctor was stood beside the TARDIS console, mobile phone held to his ear. "Jack, what's this about?" His brow furrowed and he looked over at Rose who was watching him from across the room.
She grinned, trying to resist laughing. "What's he saying?"
"Apparently it's important universe saving information." He looked thoroughly unconvinced, speaking into the phone again. "Exactly how is knowing the colour of my underpants going to help you, Jack?"
Her grin widened. "Okay, that's enough, hang up on him."
He didn't seem to be listening. "And you're absolutely sure this is valuable
